Hefei (Shushan) International E-Commerce Industrial Park

* Plans call for expansion up to 100,000 workstations in the next five years, with development into a modern service industry production district having an impact throughout China.

Since entering China in 1995, transcosmos has steadily expanded its business and the “Hefei Center” is the 25th location for transcosmos within China.  The services provided by transcosmos in China cover a wide range, including contact center services, BPO services, digital marketing services, E-Commerce one-stop services and off-shore services, which help to increase sales and reduce costs for Japanese and global companies as well as local firms.
