The partnership allows transcosmos to strengthen its E-Commerce one-stop service and support its corporate clients by expanding into the European E-Commerce market. VAIMO’s client base will also benefit from the support and business development provided by transcosmos in the Japanese market. transcosmos plans to assign two additional Board of Directors to join VAIMO’s board.
