Further enhances LINE related services by supporting LINE Customer Connect and opening dedicated center for counseling-based sales

(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) today announced that the company has become the sales and operational partner of “LINE Customer Connect”, the LINE-based customer support service for businesses which has been released by LINE Corporation (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Takeshi Idezawa; hereafter, LINE), on November 16.


Capitalizing on “LINE Customer Connect”, transcosmos will deliver the optimized and streamlined customer support services with chat/call hybrid approach from its call center.


Along with becoming the sales and operational partner of “LINE Customer Connect”, transcosmos will open “Yokohama Digital Communication Center”, a dedicated counseling-based sales center in Yokohama.


The experts based in the center deliver next-generation chat commerce operation on an unprecedented scale, focusing on client companies’ marketing and sales activities. Over 60 operators with expertise in apparel, cosmetics, finance and other specialized industries conduct counselling-based sales in line with the LINE’s distinctive culture of communication.
