Shanghai transcosmos Marketing Services Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shanghai, China; CEO: Eijiro Yamashita; transcosmos China), a wholly-owned subsidiary of transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda), opened a new contact center, “Wuhan Center” in Wuhan, Hubei province in China. The new center launched operations in July 2018, as the 10th contact center of transcosmos China.

Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province, is the most populous city in central China and one of the core cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. After evaluating various factors that include the city’s geographic features, economic strengths, and public transit accessibility, transcosmos China has decided to open its new contact center in Wuhan. The city also has a pool of talent as it is concentrating various universities and scientific research institutes, and this was one of the major factors for transcosmos China to choose Wuhan as its new center location.
Started its operations in July 2018, Wuhan Center offers e-commerce and contact center services.
